From Clubby Pupps in 2018 to Big-Room and Tech House, the Long Catalogue Behind Key Crashers and Rave Mode

That tempo matters, because Key Crashers did not start in hard dance. The act has spent eight years moving between big-room, tech house and house. Rave Mode belongs to a harder strand that has grown alongside those styles since 2024, and it is the newest record in it.

Key Crashers have been releasing music since June 2018, when Clubby Pupps came out. Since then, the act has put out 45 singles and albums on Spotify. Their profiles describe them as DJs and producers, give Bergamo in Italy as home, and carry both the Italian and Estonian flags.

The early records sat at the big-room end of dance music. On Beatport, Manicomy from 2019 and Contaminated Tribes from 2020 are filed under Mainstage and Big Room, both at 128 BPM. After that, tech house became a regular setting. The Message, Gin Tonic and SHHHH, released between 2023 and 2025, all sit at 126 to 128 BPM.

A TikTok Remix in 2020, Then Three Simon J. Bergher and Outlaizer Remixes Before the Harder Turn

The best-known record from the early years is a remix. In March 2020, Blue Pie Records released Suga Boom Boom, The Remixes, the act’s version of the DL Down3r song. It was heavily used on TikTok during the 2020 lockdowns. By October 2023, DJ Central TV reported that it had passed a million Spotify streams.

The turn towards harder music came through a partnership. Simon J. Bergher and Outlaizer remixed The Message in October 2024, then Gin Tonic and Troubleland in early 2025. Those remixes were collected on Secret Weapon, an 18-track album that Key Crashers released on Evox3 Music on 20 June 2025. The same album also carries Spare Wheel, a 150 BPM track filed under Hard Dance and Hardcore.

In December 2025, the three acts shared their first original single, Toxic Bloom. Blue Pie Records described it as a hard dance collaboration aimed at peak-hour club sets and festival main stages. In 2026 the pace has held at roughly one single a month, and both strands have kept running. Life Won’t Pause and Lost And Found lean towards deep house and house, while Frogga in January and Slugga in June were both made with DJ Panda.

Rave Mode by Key Crashers Runs at 155 BPM in F Major, in a Radio Edit and an Extended Mix

Rave Mode is the second original single from the trio, and it pushes the tempo past the 150 BPM of Spare Wheel. Beatport files both versions under Hard Dance and Hardcore. The sound is built from relentless rhythm, pulsing bass and euphoric synth leads.

The radio edit runs to just under two and a half minutes, so it suits a quick blend or a short playlist slot. The extended mix, by contrast, adds the room a DJ needs on either side of the drop.

So who is it for? First, DJs who want a hard dance record in two lengths. Second, listeners who like the euphoric end of hard dance, the lane that Headhunterz and Brennan Heart made famous. Headhunterz built a career on bright melodies over a hard kick, and Brennan Heart has long put the melody at the centre of hardstyle. Rave Mode follows the same idea, with a synth lead carrying the record at 155 BPM.

Finally, it is for anyone who has followed the harder side of Key Crashers since the first remixes with Simon J. Bergher and Outlaizer. For them, Rave Mode is the next step in that partnership: three remixes, then Toxic Bloom, and now this.

Take Ctrl Is Out and HAZE LOOP Is Due 23 October, the Key Crashers Singles After Rave Mode

The run has not stopped there. Take Ctrl, a Key Crashers solo single, came out on 2 October 2026 and is on Spotify now. It also comes as a radio edit and an extended mix, and it is the release the act’s own Instagram points to. On 16 October, the act announced the next one on X. HAZE LOOP is due on 23 October 2026, again on Evox3 Music.

From the MusicDrops.News curator team: “Rave Mode keeps its lead bright in F major, so the 155 BPM energy reads as a lift rather than a threat. The extended mix adds more than a minute, and that is the version to take to a booth.”
