B.Kosmic Releases No Label, the Third Single in Six Weeks After 16 Months Away
B.Kosmic Releases No Label, the Third Single in Six Weeks After 16 Months Away
An American Rapper’s Independent Run Through UnitedMasters Picks up Again with Three Singles Since August
B.Kosmic released No label on 18 September 2026, a 2:53 hip-hop single built on shifting flows. It came out through UnitedMasters, with no record label involved. It is also the third single in six weeks, after 16 months without one. The title fits the method.
B.Kosmic’s No label is in our hip-hop playlist below, and the B.Kosmic artist profile collects the coverage. The single came to this desk through PopHits.Co Music Charts, which verifies independent artists and places their releases across its network of music news titles. Listen to it first, then read on for the 16 months that came before it.

Before No Label, B.Kosmic Released Three Singles in 2025, Then Stepped Away for 16 Months
The story starts in 2025. B.Kosmic is a rapper based in Alabama, United States. Anymore came out on 5 January, Persistent on 10 February and Mental on 9 April. Anymore had been teased on YouTube eight months earlier, in May 2024.
Those three ran long by the standards of what came later. Anymore lasts 3:21, and the other two 3:06 each. Every single since the return has stayed under three minutes.
Then nothing came out for 16 months. The artist has told the reason in public. A best friend died in 2024, and a song written for him soon after stayed on a phone, unreleased.
In July 2026 B.Kosmic posted that the waiting was over. Time does not wait for anyone, the post said, so the music would not wait either.

No Label Is B.Kosmic’s Third Single Since August, After Pain & Purpose and Perseverance
The return came quickly. Pain & Purpose arrived on 5 August 2026. A June teaser had promised a song to feel word by word. Perseverance followed on 13 August, pitched on Instagram as a song for celebrating while you can, since life can be cut short. No label came five weeks later.
Read the three titles in order and they tell one story. First the hurt, then the push to keep going, then doing it without a label.
No label runs to two minutes and 53 seconds. B.Kosmic raps it, switching between several flows over a melodic rhythm. A teaser clip posted on 4 September previewed a verse that swings “like Peter Parker”, rhymes showstopper with improper and ends on a call to “cause some carnage”.
The release route is just as direct. UnitedMasters, the distributor Steve Stoute founded in 2017, puts the songs on the streaming services, and there is no label between the artist and the listener. On Instagram the pitch is just as plain: B.Kosmic would rather chase a dream than be a cog in the machine, and invites fans to get in early.
Going it alone has worked at the top of hip-hop. Chance the Rapper built his name as an independent artist. In 2017 his mixtape Coloring Book became the first streaming-only album to win a Grammy, taking Best Rap Album.
Nipsey Hussle took a different route to the same place. In 2013 he gave Crenshaw away as a free download. He also sold a first edition of 1,000 copies at $100 each through his own All Money In label, and Jay-Z’s Roc Nation bought 100 of them. No label works at a much smaller scale, on the same idea. The artist decides how and when the music goes out.

Stardust Is the Next B.Kosmic Song After No Label, a Love Song Teased as Coming Soon
The next song is already named. B.Kosmic has teased Stardust on Instagram as coming soon. It is a love song, in a much lighter mood than the three singles before it.
The pace suggests it will not take 16 months. Booking and promo contacts sit at the top of every profile, under the same WolfWorld sign-off.
This one is for listeners who follow independent rap and like a verse with a joke or two in it. It also suits anyone curious to hear a catalogue being rebuilt in real time.
MusicDrops.News’s curator team: “Play the three summer singles in release order. Pain & Purpose, Perseverance and No label run to under eight minutes together, and the titles do the storytelling before the verses start.”
Sixteen months away, three singles in six weeks, and a title that names the method. No label shows where B.Kosmic stands now: independent, and moving again.
